"ACE WATER HEATERS ONLY INC."

My parents have decided to purchase a new hot water tank. It's been desperately needed to be replaced for a while. They finally do and this is what happens (as told by my brother):

and calls again, gets told that the woman doesn't have to put up with mom, and hangs up again

and mom calls again to talk to the manager, so mom gets put through, hands the phone to dad, and then gets hung up on again

meanwhile, the guy is uninstalling the tank, and was apparently furious that mom and dad didn't want the tank

and said 'i only work for the company...;

so then dad called back, and said 'don't you hang up on me again' and the girl was like 'too bad' and did it again

OH MY GOD

so dad called back, and said that he was going to be calling cfcn and the bbb on monday

so then he notices the dipshit outside putting the old tank back into his van, and our old tank was standing up on the sidewalk

before dad could say anything to the guy, he takes off, and leaves our old tank on the ground

so then dad called the company again, and said that now that they pulled that stunt, he is definately calling cfcn and the bbb on monday and will be spreading the word around the 'big oil company' that he works at
